Hye guys! This time I would like to share with you guys my secret hideout. I accidentally discover this place years ago when I was searching for a staycation place. I usually came here once or twice a year with my bffs.
If you asked Mr. Google, there are a lot of resort in this Jelebu area, but I personally like Cabinz Ecottage. It’s a resort in a deserted mountain where you can disconnect from the hustle in the city. The journey will takes around one and half hour from city of Kuala Lumpur. I advised you to drive an auto car if you ever wanna go here, you will need to drive into a mountain. I am not kidding.
Also, please make sure you come early and avoid arriving when it’s almost dark. There’s no café or restaurant up there so bring as much foods as needed. They only provided some kitchen utensils and breakfast. The price is reasonable with the service and place. The host is very friendly and helpful. It’s all worth it.
When I first came here, I was speechless. The air is so fresh and the view is just uhhhhmazing. I love this place so much. It’s like falling in love again and gain. I have a dream of living in this kind of place with my loved one when I grew old. Just us and the view.
Imagine waking up to the birds chirping and have your breakfast in bed while enjoying the view or you can have breakfast by the infinity pool. I have done both. My activities here are literally dipping into the pool (they used the water from the nearby waterfall so no chlorine at all), read books, eat, membawang and repeat.
You can arrange with the host to go to the nearby waterfall or juggle trekking to the nearest orang asli village (Temuan Village). The first time I was here, I went to the Temuan Village and met the villagers. It was quite an experience. I don’t know when I will be able to spend my time to do activities like this again.
If you have time, I would strongly suggest for you to go indulge and disconnect (I used disconnect because literally there’s no phone signal up there what more a WiFi) You can get more info from their website. I compiled some shots up there, sorry about the size, this was made for my IGS.
